The BBQ workshop is a versatile workshop that you can enjoy in any season. We use the Big Green Egg-Grill Dome, a spectacular barbecue that allows you to work with it as it was originally intended.
A Taste of the BBQ Cooking Workshop
During this green egg workshop, we cover baking, roasting, grilling, and smoking. We’ll spend 3 hours preparing Louisiana soul food, which will result in a delicious meal with unique dishes. The BBQ is the favorite toy of both hobbyists and top chefs, and during this workshop, you’ll learn how to create the tastiest dishes on the BBQ!
