The culinary art of this island is so special due to the influence of its various inhabitants. The regional cuisine is a multicultural fusion of Indo-Mauritians, Creoles, Chinese, French, and English. Mauritians grow sugarcane on the island, from which they distill traditional rum (Chamarel), which we will definitely incorporate into this workshop.
