The Mexican cooking workshop lasts 3 hours The price is € 80 per person ( excluding VAT).
A Mexican cooking workshop provides a unique insight into the world of Mexican cuisine. The cuisine is known worldwide, although many people do not know that it is actually a fusion of Aztec, Maya, and Spanish cuisines. The influence of the Aztecs can still be found thanks to the use of corn in many of the dishes. During the Mexican cooking workshop, we will, of course, work with this ingredient, as well as with several other typical local ingredients.
The Mexican cuisine has some delicious dishes, so it’s not surprising that the Spanish succeeded in making these dishes popular worldwide. In the Netherlands, for example, we know guacamole and tacos. During the Mexican cooking workshop, we will also work with lesser-known dishes and ingredients from this beautiful country.
