During the South African cooking workshop, we make extensive use of various spices, allowing us to serve dishes with flavor. We’ll be working on dishes such as Irio, Carure, and Bobotie, which you might be familiar with from African cuisine.
A Taste of South Africa
What’s unique about South African cuisine is the blend of flavors that the influence of European and Asian colonists and immigrants has brought to South Africa. During the South African cooking workshop, we’ll prepare some typical dishes from this country to create a meal and enjoy it together afterwards.
