Cuban cooking class

Cuba is the land of salsa, although people know how to make fine dishes from very simple ingredients. These are discussed during the cooking class for Cuban cuisine.

In particular, the influences from Spain, France and large parts of Africa are clear, something that has to do with the past of, for example, the colonists. During this cooking workshop we use the national dish Arroz con Griz, among other things. Afterwards you can enjoy it together, we would of course be happy to tell you more about it during the cooking workshop.
